Failed to execute "git ls-remote --tags --heads 오류 잡기

아래의 화면과 같이 npm install --production --unsafe-perm를 치다가 제목과 

같은 오류를 만났다.

구글링하다가 보니깐 git 자체 오류 인것 같다. 

아래와 같이 해결했다.
